CEO Recruitment

It was not until I started working at my current job have I gotten myself familiarized on how management positions rope in a corporate setting. From Floor Manager to Senior Operations Manager to Site Director to CEO and up to being the President. I mean how many titles a big company has to maintain its operations. Much more in a global enterprise which requires a huge team to keep the business running. It’s definite how complicated the process is to keep an effective trade in their respective industries but what does it take to be a qualified executive? Obviously, it’s the extensive leadership skills he/she should have. Holding an immense title is equal to massive responsibilities in keeping the business’ success through advancing opportunities. With that being identified, the question now goes to who perform the process of screening applicant types to be in that position. Quite honestly, it’s one pretty tough job one has to go through and you need like Dennis Carey who specializes in CEO’s and executive director’s recruitment.
