Beaute 101

Stress has a very bad habit of showing on our skin. It’s an undeniable fact. With all the busy workloads we get in the office plus our unhealthy lifestyle, we are never too far of getting a dull human coat. What’s even worse is when someone unconsciously reminds how dry-looking we’re turning to. Ouch!

Hearing such comments is just so unacceptable! It shrinks us into molecules and just wished to be unnoticed! Hard isn’t? But do you know the secret to obtaining that enchanting glow on our skin? It’s for me to know people and for you to find out! Squeeze me and I’ll spit it este spill it! Go! LOL!

This is actually no big secret, really. It’s simply having this beauty regimen of washing your skin with basic facial cleanser that matches your skin type and applying an alcohol-free toner before delivering yourself into a snooze. Just that! You don’t really need to splurge into expensive brands to obtain a clean and healthy skin. And adding up to this basic is the discipline of what you eat as well. If you’re a gloton like me, try avoiding fatty and oily intakes. Keep it lean and drink a lot of water. Remember H2O is the universal solvent.. it does the magic ya’know!

Well as for me, maintaining a clear and healthy skin is effortless in just 2 snaps. Before going to bed, I make sure I wash my face with Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser which thoroughly removes dirt and oil and leaves this refreshing feel on my face. Then I stroke on Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner to remove impurities and recondition my skin for a clean and soft look. It’s my 2 simple steps to revitalize my ever exposed outer layer back to its natural radiance… in just 7 days.. Hahaha! Olay is dat chu?! vi-a-v!
