Grade school years remind me of the old-fashioned way in representing every year level during student’s day. My memories are still fresh; designated colors for each level, like blue, yellow, red, etc. All were just plain t-shirt.  But things progressed; minds of many changed and developed so when I reached high school, we didn’t only had just the representation of t-shirt by colors but also with prints that represent the character of each year level.

Freshmen for example, we had this baby with a feeding bottle that represents us as a neophyte. Sophomore — a crawling baby trying to climb the stairs and so on. Imagine how costly it could get because you need to add colors to these designs to get attention from other year levels and leave them in awe. It’s always an honor when people say “no wonder why they got the BEST TSHIRT, their design is superb!”.

Those were the days, the days that I didn’t realize I can benefit. Look, I am thinking of t-shirt printing, a big money generating business especially during the start of school days, high school intramurals and college days. Money! Money! Money! And because of the modern technology, probably I can also expand and make income by letting my clients design tshirt online… hmp!

I don’t know where I can start the online business but with tshirt printing…. it wouldn’t take me a month, should be able to start my own small business in a few days.

Oppss…

Hello gorgeous! And hello hiatus! Hahaha! I’m alive. Period. Obviously, I’ve done another terrible week of not posting any blahs on this site. No updates or whatsoever. Honestly, I’m a bit off from the blogesphere lately and that explains it. Oh well, it’s part of the job I know but whatevs! The thing is I’m breathing and my Lala is wide awake as always. LOL!

Yesh! My sister is finally getting married this year. She popped the big news a month ago. Though no date has been set yet but I’m very excited of the overall preparation. Probably because I’m too gay not to be fascinated about gowns, wedding rings and flowers apart from our sister to sistah relationship. LOL! Well, it’s one of the biggest days of her life so this has to be very special for her. We talked the other day and asked how she wants her wedding like and my girl desires it simple which I very much agree. Please! Stop those long lists of sponsors and the stretched parade of the entourage. Not that I’m fully against it but it makes the wedding celebration heaving I think.. I find simple church wedding more solemn and romantic so I’m on her side with that. However, I’m a little concerned that she has not picked a date yet. I mean, if the marriage is set to be this year, it’s the right time NOW to get those white sheets inked with the to-do list. The gown, the flowers, the overall train and of course the wedding rings! I so can’t wait to have it finalized. I actually showed her these beautiful diamond engagement rings which can be used as wedding rings too. She likes it! So simple looking yet luxurious with all those diamond studs over it. I’ll hit one of these rings.. Hmmm.. Or probably not with the $1,700 tag on it. LOL! Nevertheless, the overall wedding plans thrills me so much that I feel like I’m the one getting married. Hahaha! Whatevs!  vi-a-v!

Sunday Opera

I don’t know if you’re going to like this but you have to listen to it. It’s one of my favorite opera songs ever. ‘Time To Say Goodbye’ by Andrea Bocelli & Sarah Brightman. I first heard this song while a watching a figure skating competition in ESPN back late 90’s and before I knew it I started to fall in love with the music. Play…

Remember the surprise parcel I got from team Canon Philippines few weeks back? It’s actually this.

A 75ml Young, Sexy, Love eau de toilette by Yves Saint Laurent. I don’t know if you’ve known about it but they actually had this promo called ‘Geared To Love’ which run from Feb. 14 to March 15, 2009. Part of that hype is a FREE designer perfume you’ll receive when you get to purchase their Canon Digital IXUS 80 IS at a discounted price of P15,950 from the original value of P17,950. Champion di va?.. You know how I love freebies and imagine my delight when I received the perfume. I did feel that I made a right choice of buying the digicam in promo. Getting a super chic free stuff out of shopping something is an absolute worthy pick. And to think, the value of the perfume in retail is close to P4,000. Hah! That sounds more than a cherry topping on an ice cream. It’s a pure reminder that in these recession days, you really have to make a smart choice out of your purchasing power. Check? Check! vi-a-v!

Astrology 101

Things are going crazy once again with the Chinese New Year blast. Year of the Ox has just started a week ago and sure thing that almost everyone of us did our own checking of our personal year-to-date astrology for 2009. I’m an Oxen and was really excited and a bit disappointed at the same time when I found out the negas of my predictions. Health and financials are not going to be strong for me this year which I hope not. Hah! However, on the lighter side, I’m thrilled to know that I’m going be lucky in love according to the prophecy. I just hope Mr. Valentino will arrive as soon as possible coz I couldn’t wait any longer. Papi where art thou?! Hahaha. Anyhow, I find it kinda silly how I’m easily consumed with wordsmith bluffs in which I know just an absolute fun. But knowing myself, I am a big astrology freak. You tell me to follow this and that for fortune sake and I’m off to take the lead. It even popped into my mind to talk to a psychic which I haven’t ever done yet. I probably would just for curiosity sake but not this time. Ain’t ready yet for live chat. By all means, phoning the psychic line would be a quite good option for me rather than talking face to face with the soothsayer. I don’t want to see the psychic’s expression when I’m told that something bad is coming its way to me. *chills*  And to anyone of you here who wants to try and is interested in getting in touch with an astrologer by phone, you can contact the TeleMedium Phone Psychics service line at 1-877-577-8502 for as low as $1.69 a minute. We’ll never know, good vibes are awaiting for you in your tomorrow’s forecast. Get the luck! vi-a-v!
