It seems that this year has been a tough one of keeping the numbers of my close clan intact. First, my Aunt Belen’s passing on March due to asthma pneumonia attack and just yesterday I got a text message from my sister that our Lolo Pablo (pap’s father) had died of old age. He’s 74(?) and the last time I saw him was September of this year during my sister’s wedding. I kinda felt this coming when I saw how weak he was on his wheelchair playing with the waiting game. I talked to my sister and mentioned that Lola is so devastated of his passing. *deep sigh* Hope she wouldn’t go extreme as it will make her health condition worse.
I don’t have much memories of my Lolo but I remember back in my childhood days how tolerant he was of giving his grandchildren money presents during Christmas. I wouldn’t say he was the best grandpa ever but I can tell how well he was in staying top of his games. No wonder Pap got most of his strong-armer traits from him.
Goodbye to you Lo and may you rest in peace in His arms.

I just got home from watching AVATAR in 3D glasses. And I must say, you go watch it too! It’s my first to see movie in 3D cinema (SM City Cebu) and it was an amazing experience. Though there were times when the scene get’s a bit blurry but you can’t really help scream how cool the effects were. Just in case, this, ladies and gentlemen is the 3D peepers.
Kaboom! I bet you know where this is. Hahaha. You know me, I don’t have the balls to take out my digicam and do camshots inside the cinema which is sooo not allowed. Poor me.. Anyway, here goes the movie trailer once again.
I wish I live in Pandora. It’s just super neon out there at night. Define awesomeness. Sweet night to all and vi-a-v!
Owvey! Our company Christmas party is finally over. I had a week-long preparation for the Glam Rock theme but I don’t think I was able to pull it off. On the lighter side I’m happy to somehow accomplished my goal of looking girlish that night with the outfit + make-up. LOL!
The party was held in the Grand Pacific Ballroom of Cebu Watefront Hotel and Casino. You can imagine how big the venue is if you’re from Cebu. I like! However, it wasn’t full packed though compared the previous years. Probably because they made it as a 2-night event as they have decided to join accounts for both sites. I attended the first night which was plain so so.

Rico Blanco rocking the house with his OPM hits. Just so you know I did not fully enjoy his songs. Apparently, I’m not a hardcore fan of rock/alternative music plus I couldn’t sing along with him and he’s not too hot for me to handle. He has this big mouth that can eat you like a whole roasted chicken. Sorry but true. Basically, that explains it.. Team Bamboo here for life! Yeah! Hehehe..
Moving along, this is what I’m talking about! The Japan Japan! I couldn’t pass the opportunity to be cam-shot on one of the hotel’s carpeted stairways for your eyes only. Hahaha! Yes or no?.. I had fun that night but I promise not to wear high-heels in a such a long period of time. Ouch! LOL!

Man! My cough and colds are knocking me out. Three straight days with pure water medication did not help at all. So I’ve decided to visit my doctor yesterday and was prescribed to go shopping with all these.

I finally got the chance to watch the show via youtube. So winner! These angels are making me envious! You know how a supermodel-wannabe I am. Urgh! I’m still in awe of happened last weekend in Metro Manila. Super! Frankly speaking, it scared me coz I know for a fact that it can happen anywhere else and anytime. Too bad people were caught unprepared. I know some people who were badly hit of Ondoy’s fury but super thankful to know that they’re alive and somehow okey. God knows how grateful I am that we’re spared here in Cebu.
At here goes si bagyo PARMA na supertyphoon daw (Category 4 to 5).
And to the Luzon people, just be prepared and above all PRAY that it goes away. God Bless the Philippines..
