I sometimes feel that if time comes when I get to realize my runway-modeling-mega-dream to happen and I made a major trip on the runway which I hope not, I’m really gonna end my career right there and then. Spell E-M-B-A-R-R-A-S-S-I-N-G.. But not when I saw this vid. Watch watch watch!

Natasha Poly tripped in Zac Posen S/S09 show. Unbelievable but true! It wasn’t major like that of Jessica Stam’s but I never thought it could happen to Natasha girl. She’s the best catwalker out there and you can really see how she manages to walk into those sky-high stilettos with such glamour in every of her show. It made me think that even runway true walkers like her slips. So it’s normal I guess to trip and pose with a smile like it didn’t happen noh. Nevertheless, the trip made her look even more striking. I love Natasha P.! One true runway Queen B! Bam wham vi-a-v!

Shoot! I haven’t regained from my annoying cough and colds yet and I feel that my allergic rhinitis is getting worse. It’s been a week already. Guess it’s about time to see a doc noh. Hays..

Finally! The first season of Project Runway Philippines ended with a boom showcasing the final 3’s collection at the Philippine Fashion Week 2008. Aries Lagat ruled the runway with his ‘More Than A Woman’ themed collection followed by Philipp Tampus’ intricate crochet-glam dresses and Veejay Floresca’s monochromatic modern chic outfits. Below are the finalists’ fashion collection for PRP finale! Watch it!

Personally, I’d go for Veejay’s collection in terms of wearability. It’s RTW which something you can slip in anytime. However, it didn’t have the ‘wow’ effect for the competition in terms of design but worth the modern chic take in overall. Philipp’s pieces were so feminine. You can see how intricate the crochet details were which indeed celebrates feminity. And Aries’s? Well, an obvious showcase of great talent! Intergalactic inspired pieces. I love how Aries completed the idea for his collection. The materials and technique used were just so impressive. Very innovative and creative. He obviously deserved the win! Hope to see more of Philippine’s finest in next season of PR. Congrats guys!

Oh what another gloomy chok day it is.. Three days straight caught with annoying cough and colds which left me no choice but to stay in my room for another slumber days. I’m basically stuck infront of my monitor by all chance and I’m crippled from my usual restless feet galoring together with the gay squad. Urgh! Blame it to the ever-changing tropics weather we have lately. Good thing this got me the day before I had my offdays so I was able to avoid too much aircon exposure in the office which is definite in making my situation worse. I did not mind going to the doc for check-up since I feel that this is just a petty cough and colds drama I can manage. A combo of Paracetamol and Solmux plus liters of water will soon put me back in my normal loud state. I just hope ASAP before I head back to work tonight… Goodluck! I still thank God though for somehow making me feel sick coz it made me realize I’m a human too in flesh. That I shouldn’t be abusive of my own health. Owwws.. Hihihi…

The US election is over and America voted for Obama. Now, here’s a video of Matt Daemon’s commentary on the possibility if Sarah Palin won the position.

And boy I extremely agree with him! You can really see his discontent on the given chance if Ms. Palin won and absolute no room for approval in his words there. I haven’t kept track of the US Election but I’ve seen and read over the internet who Sarah Palin is. She’s one hot mamita but I don’t feel her competence as leader of a global-powerhouse nation. In my opinion, her political views are afar from Americans (and the rest of the world) expectations of a leader for a positive change. And US made the right choice for Obama. ‘Barrio Fiesta’ heiress Heart Evangelista is on the cover of Preview November 2008 issue. Oh dear she’s just flawless! I was never a fan of hers but she’s an obvious fine-looking rich girl in the local showbiz. I remember seeing her in the mall way before college with no make-up and girl she’s petite and so pretty. High-maintenance and luxurious sweetheart she is..

And going to the cover shot which I find a little interesting with the ‘face-only’ focus trend they did. I haven’t seen much of this from their back issues nevertheless it’s a cute swing from Preview to cover it and once again a job well done to the team. The editorials too are stunning! Heart donned Jun Escario’s cheongsams inspired lace pieces which are immaculate at 25,000 pesosesoses.. Just wow! Additionally, this months issue also features Cebu sizzlers from local designers to fine chow-time restos to hotspots. Excellent combo for this month’s issue. I have not been updating my blog lately. I’m guilty I know! Obviously apart from my little dramatis in life I actually had my laptop rented for a fair service charge in two weeks time. Yep! Money in the making here! That’s how poor I’m getting that I had my baby for hire. We’re talking about business here so gotta grab it! LOL! I was initially a little fidgety about it when the offer knocked. I asked my friend and she said go and off I closed the deal. Besides where can I get that money in two weeks these days. Net cafes are always around if I need to do a little net hopping. Moreover, the person I’m entrusting my baby is my boardmate/techguy whom I rely much in computer stuff so I know it’s safe. I hope..

Just a couple of days ago I met my girlfriend for lunch and had a major gay talk. She’s my one of my closest highschool buddies and we’re both working in the same industry here in Cebu. She’s busy, so do I, but we decided to meet-up despite the hectic schedule since I insisted. Besides it was my work off-day so I was pretty confident of the time. I instantly noticed her gaining weight and girl she cursed me for that! Hahaha! She’s fat! I’m so-so! But I, being her gay friend, told her we’re both building fats in our system together to make it sound fair for her. Ya’know! A slight white lie does pacify. Hehehe.. We talked a lot of things. Updates from our personal work and our ‘zero’ love life once again. We backtracked to certain highshool moments which we had fun sharing. Good ol highschool drill days are over. From crazy classmates to boring classes to strict teachers even to our jinxed junior prom which by the way most of our ladies majorly hated since they had their prom dresses ready prior to the announcement. Honestly, I did not really bother much with the prom. I’m not a party pooper but it wasn’t just my thing then. Despite the fact that I’m limited to wearing any prom dresses given my fabulous gender, I was not the fully-bloomed fag I am now compared those dark closet-gay ages. Ha! Sadly, no senior prom took place as well. I just realize it was a ‘miss’ for us. Prom is one of the highschool highlights and too bad we never had the chance to experience it. Awwww…

The talk was a blast though it was just in a short moment. Damn! I miss a lot of things from the time I started getting serious with my life. Hahaha! I miss highschool and given the chance to turn back those days I’m really gonna have a selection of Cinderella or Belle-inpired prom dresses and surething I’ll be the Prom Queen of the Night.. Hahaha! Ya right! vi-a-v!
